Delivery methods
For each order placed on Cucciolotta.com, IT DESIGN SRL issues an invoice for the shipped material. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. For those requesting an invoice, orders must be made exclusively by e-mail indicating all the data necessary to issue an invoice.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. The payment of the goods by the customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order. No additional costs or commissions are due to IT DESIGN SRL.
The goods travel in packaging made of cardboard boxes suitably closed with metal staples or sealing tapes.
The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative and are published in the appropriate table under "indicative delivery times"; the same may be subject to changes due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and roads in general or by an act of the Authority. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered;
- that no closure materials other than metal staples have been used.
Any external damages or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, by placing the word "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed within 8 days by registered mail with receipt of return to the courier, whose address is explicit on the accompanying document. In the specific case of a damaged package, write "withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged". It is also required to open an anomaly file at IT DESIGN SRL, by sending an e-mail to info@Cucciolotta.com.
Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt. Any hidden damages or anomalies must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the courier whose address is stated on the accompanying document.
It is also required to open an anomaly file at IT DESIGN SRL, by sending an e-mail or contacting the telephone number provided.
Any report beyond these terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.
Delivery by express courier
Standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the customer, the courier leaves a notice and retries delivery within 24 hours; in case of further absence, notice is left again and the Customer is contacted by the courier for the third attempt. If this also fails, the customer will be contacted by the courier with which he will define the details of the delivery.
Processing and Delivery Times
Order fulfillment times
"Order fulfillment times" means the time interval between receipt of the order and delivery of the product to the courier.
All orders, containing products available in stock, which have received payment confirmation by 12.00 on a working day, are entrusted to the courier within 3 working days.
Courier delivery times
The table below shows the indicative delivery times expressed in hours, in the case of delivery by express courier from the moment the courier takes charge of the shipment (collection of the shipment at our Logistic Center by the courier).

Delivery, installation and collection costs
The costs indicated are valid for the whole Italian territory.
Shipments with variable cost depending on the weight, islands included.
The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight of the products purchased and their size. However, the amount generated by the system may not be true. Once the order has been processed, you will receive confirmation of the amount by e-mail. Shipping costs vary depending on the brand chosen when ordering.
Claims
Any complaint must be addressed by writing to info@cucciolotta.dog.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
The sales contract between the Customer and IT DESIGN SRL is understood to be concluded in the Supplier's country of residence by the Law of the Supplier's country of residence. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of the municipality of residence of IT DESIGN SRL
Terms
The conditions contained in this document may be modified by IT DESIGN SRL without prior notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the Cucciolotta.com website.
